Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the CreazaApp platform (the “Service”), available at creazaapp.com, you accept these Terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

CreazaApp is a platform for building web applications with AI assistance. The Service includes a conversational AI agent, a code editor, a live preview, built-in AI APIs and hosting options. Which features you get depends on your plan.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• The information you give at sign-up must be accurate and current.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. The credit system

• CreazaApp services run on credits.
• Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each calendar month.
• Unused credits from the monthly allowance do not roll over to the next month.
• Credits bought as a top-up never expire and are used once the monthly credits run out.
• Credit consumption depends on the AI model used, the type of API and the complexity of the operation.
• The credit cost of each operation is shown before it runs.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• Prices are shown in RON (Romanian lei) and include VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of your first purchase, under EU consumer protection law.
• Top-up credits are not refundable once used.

6. Intellectual property

• Your content: You own all rights to the code and projects you create with CreazaApp. The platform claims no ownership over generated content.
• The platform: The source code, the design, the CreazaApp brand and all associated materials are our property and are protected by copyright law.
• The AI: Code produced by the AI agent is provided “as-is”. Reviewing and testing generated code before using it in production is your responsibility.

7. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Generating content that infringes other people's rights
• Attempts to exploit, attack or compromise the security of the platform
• Building malicious applications (malware, phishing, spam)
• Reselling access to the platform or to credits without authorisation
• Generating illegal or discriminatory content, or content that incites violence
• Excessive automated use (bots) without our prior agreement

8. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of planned maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided “as-is”, without express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated code is correct, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Backing up your projects is your responsibility. We do offer auto-save, but we recommend exporting your projects regularly.

10. Hosting and deployment

If your plan includes deployment, your applications are hosted on CreazaApp servers. We reserve the right to remove applications that break these terms or consume excessive resources. Projects hosted in “sleep” mode may take longer to load the first time.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or by a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the Service after that notice means you accept the new terms.

12. Termination

• You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• When you close your account, your data is deleted in line with the Privacy policy.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with prior notice where possible.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania. European Union consumer protection law also applies.
